I was in for a Root Canal and crown. Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing work done by Dr. Zack and Lana. From the first consult to the procedure, everyone was straightforward, compassionate, and on point. Your team addressed all concerns, took the time to build rapport, and explained everything that needed to be done. Thank you for a great experience, and wishing you all the best. My first time meeting Dr. Zack (sp). Had an ancient filling fall apart and needed a crown. He was kind and gentle and entertaining as an unexpected bonus. I’m so glad they have the technology to create the crown while you wait. I would highly recommend this dentist and his assistants. Very professional and not painful at all.

My experience today was everything I want in a dental visit (routine cleaning). It started on time and was over within an hour. Staff was friendly but most importantly thorough and professional. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Blankenship for several years. Hannah is an excellent hygienist. Highly recommend this practice!

I was blown away with how great Dr. Blankenship and his staff were. (Thelma rocked!) It took extra time to check in and fill out their forms, but they wanted to know how they could give me the best experience possible; I could tell they read every word. I really appreciate how they tell you exactly what to expect. What I thought at first was just CYA verbiage was their sincere desire to be above board and professional while truly considering how to establish a trusting relationship with this suspicious consumer of medical/dental services. My crown had popped off, and I am a senior on low fixed income. (Freaked out, IOW.) I was fully expecting the whole sales pitch and insistence on a new crown. Let's just say I was very pleasantly surprised. They've earned my trust and my business going forward.

I’m not a fan of dental visits, but this practice made my visit so much easier than I expected. From my first interaction with Jennifer, I felt welcomed. She was kind, considerate, and truly set the tone — first impressions really do matter. My appointment was just as positive. Velma and Dr. Blankenship were just as kind and considerate, and did an excellent job. I felt comfortable the entire time and genuinely appreciated the thoughtful care from the whole team. I’m so glad I found this practice!
